Clinch
A follow-through workflow that keeps progress, context and the next action together. The demo runs on fictional data.
decision
A person following up on a commitment moves a fictional session from Interested to Confirmed. The next action changes from confirming interest to agreeing a date and format.
baseline
A checklist or spreadsheet can track these stages. The prototype keeps an opportunity and its next action together. There is no outcome comparison showing that it improves follow-through.
review
The user confirms the stage change and agrees the next action. Explicit rules flag risk but do not predict success. Reset restores the fictional demo when exploring another path.
data
The static demo uses fictional records on a fixed date, with state in the browser and no backend. It demonstrates no real-team access control, cross-user isolation or production retention policy.
limits
No real outcome data, conversion lift or clinical effect. This workflow uses explicit rules and has no AI feature.
Evaluation
React and Vite, plain JavaScript, no backend. State lives in the browser and the demo is a static site on a fixed fictional date, with a reset control. Pipeline logic is plain functions covered by unit tests, and browser tests run against the production build for contrast, wording, reset and keyboard use.
- All data in the demo is fictional.
- No AI or model features.
